Group Camping

Treat your group to an unforgettable camping adventure at Whispering Pines Campsite, ideally located near Saratoga Springs and nestled in the scenic foothills of the Adirondacks. With easy access to all of the Saratoga attractions like the Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC) and the historic Saratoga Race Course, beautiful Lake George and the Great Sacandaga Lake, your group can enjoy hiking, swimming, and all of the activities that the area has to offer. Whether you're planning a family reunion, youth outing, club rally, or looking for a team retreat, Whispering Pines offers the perfect blend of natural beauty, relaxation, and adventure for a memorable group getaway. RV and tent sites available. Groups receive a 20% discounts available when booking 6 or more sites.

All visitors must obtain a visitor pass before entering the park. All visitors must register before 9:00 PM.
Visitors are not allowed to bring pets into the park.

Cancellation Policy for Campsites
While it’s our hope that you won’t have to cancel your reservation, we understand that sometimes plans can change. If you need to modify or cancel your reservation, here is what you need to know:

All reservations require a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total charges. Reservations for one (1) night, holiday weekends and “Special Events” weekends require a 100% non-refundable deposit. “Special Events” dates may include but are not limited to special concert events at Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC) and Belmont Week and Travers Week at the Saratoga Racecourse.

To avoid additional charges, cancellations and modifications, like the number of people, must be made at least seven (7) days prior to your scheduled arrival date so that the appropriate adjustments can be made. If you need to reschedule your reservation, your deposit can be applied to a new reservation within twelve (12) months of your original arrival date. All cancellations received within seven (7) days of the scheduled arrival date will incur additional charges for the remaining balance due. Please note that deposits for one (1) night, long term reservations (7 nights or more), holiday weekends and “Special Events” cannot be applied to a new reservation unless cancelled at least seven (7) days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
