Please Note - This is a request form only! Our Reservations Office will process your reservation pending availability and send you an e-mail confirmation generally within 24 hours. We will notify you by e-mail if your reservation cannot be processed. If you do not receive an e-mail from our office within 24 hours, please check your spam folder!

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of reservations must be made prior to 7 days of arrival to avoid cancellation fees.
All cancellations made within the 7 days prior to arrival date will be assessed a cancellation fee:

1 night stay = full amount due

2 nights or more (non-holiday periods) = 50% of total

Holidays or Special Event Periods = 100% of total

Long-term reservations of seven (7) nights or more require a non-refundable deposit (see Camping Rates & Fees).

We do not issue refunds on camping. Please be sure you can honor your reservation before submitting a request. Camping is an outdoor experience. Therefore, we do not issue credits or refunds due to inclement weather or other discomforts of nature.
